Course Syllabus
This is a hybrid course with lectures, class discussions, and assignments which correspond to nine instruction modules located in the menu to the left and listed as "FILES". The modules are provided in both a .pdf and .docx format with a corresponding PowerPoint file. The course requires each student to complete all assignments including class discussion and class activities. Specific directions are given for each of the nine modules.
The student must have completed the Tiger Works Orientation procedure before admitting into the course. See the Adult Basic Education Link for a full description of all enrollment procedures and Tiger Works Orientation http://www.nemcc.edu/workforce/abe/.
Three hours of college credits will be awarded to the student who passes the challenge exam and listed as "Z" Grade credit on the NEMCC student record. Click the link for additional information about the NEMCC Non-Credit to Challenge Exam Credit Non-Credit to Challenge Exam Credit-1.pdf.
The course will be available for students who request a strictly online learning experience.
