English for Nursing

English for Nursing is an online English session course composed of 8 topics relating to the Professional Nursing Field.  

It provides teacher to student meetings through Skype and Canvas,  providing listening and speaking practice through this technology.

It also reinforces these skills through the guided Canvas modules, student handbook practices and assignments that are graded and serve as guides for further skills reinforcement. 

The canvas modules are infused with vocabulary practice not only for accent reduction, but for correct grammatical and functional use within the nursing field.

The topics are enriched with students prior knowledge thus creating an easy transition form one language to another and helping students acquire the academic English needed to succeed in their profession.
