Please pay close attention to the announcements on a weekly basis. Please share your thoughts for each week. It is important that we connect and support each other.

This is a shared learning community. We can all grow by  the information and knowledge we share. Although we ALL may be passionate about education please respect your peers. Please do not use profanity and always be mindful of your tone in the discussion thread. I would suggest reading over your response before you press post.

As an educator it is very important for us to remember we are shaping the lives of the students we come into contact with. Understanding administrators  really want staff, parents, and students to support the mission and vision of the school.

Questions that can be answered by every student will be the following:

  1. What is my leadership style?
  2. How can I get staff to "buy in to my agenda"?
  3. How can staff support my ideas and help me with supporting new initiatives for the school and the school community?
  4. How can I develop the skills needed for self reflection?

Integrity and honor are the only requirements to take this class. Please cite all work and research articles. If you share links please be mindful and provide the links so other students can read or share information.
