| 1. Students will learn about the professional characteristics of a professional mystery shopper including: Professionalism, communication skills, and confidentiality. |
2. Students will learn about different kinds of jobs in the mystery shopping field. These jobs will include jobs in four broad categories:
- Hospitality shops
- Housing shops
- Retail shops
- Professional shops

| 3. Students will learn the basic equipment needed to perform a concealed video mystery shop. |
| 4. Students will learn the basics of getting work with a variety of video mystery shopping companies. |
