When you register other web services with Canvas, you can integrate your account with services you already use like Google, Twitter or LinkedIn.

Courses Menu

You can customize the courses you want to show in your Courses drop-down menu. This is something you may want to do each semester or at the start of each school year.

Notifications

Notification Preferences allow users to select how and when they want to be notified when various events occur within a course. Notification settings are applied to all courses.

Anytime changes or updates occur in the following six areas, you will receive a notification.

Course Activities
Discussions
Communications
Scheduling
Groups

The frequency of each notification can be set to ASAP, daily, weekly or never.
