4.05 Question Set

Read Section 7.8 (through page 269) of the "Fundamentals of Java" textbook.  It is really important that you have a solid understanding of advanced operations on Strings, as they are frequently used, and an important foundation for upcoming topics.  In particular, you will need to be familiar with the different variations of indexOf and substring methods, as well as how they are used, and how they work.

You may wish to review the Advanced Operations on Strings presentation, but the textbook offers a much more thorough explanation.
