This module discusses the concept of path of action and a variety of arcs that commonly occur in animation.

In this module you'll learn to:

Identify the properties of a path of action and distinguish it from the line of action.
Recognize parabolic paths of action and judge when they occur in Nature and in animation.
Create parabolic arcs that are accurately drawn.
Distinguish different types of motion that have circular paths of action.
Appraise the physical accuracy of timing and spacing for parabolic and circular arcs.
Identify other curved arcs (spirals, helixes, etc.) and list examples in which they appear.

This module contains six lessons; each lesson has a short (8-12 minute) video and a short (2 question) quiz. At the end of the module there is a longer "boss battle" quiz. To complete the module you need to complete all items within the module.
