Skills that you already have.

Skills that you must learn based on the OOH.

Skills that you must learn based on the job postings on job search sites.

The institutions that offer the formal education needed.

Sources for developing the information that can be learned informally.

A timetable for completion.

Possible threats to your completing this on time (money, family, job issues) and how to resolve those threats.

Develop this plan and post it in the assignments and in the discussions. Once that is done, your lesson is complete! You should have a solid plan of attack to help you achieve your goals and you can actually move forward with your plan.
