Physical Properties: a characteristic that describes matter

Physical Change: is the change in state or properties of matter without any change in chemical composition.

Chemical Property: is a property of the substance observed during a reaction in which the chemical composition or identity is changed

Chemical Change: occurs when a substance combines with another substance and a new set of chemical properties occur. Form a new substance.

When the new substance is formed, it has its own set of chemical properties and physical properties.
