Leo's First School Play

    Leo is a background actor in tonight’s school play. The stage is set and the audience is eager for the play to begin as they sit in their seats and express their excitement.  The play was held in a large building with extravagant costumes.  Leo only has one line in his role but he is still nervous about his big scene.  In the past, Leo has never wanted to be in a school play but his friend, Minerva, encouraged him to try out for the role of an extra with minimal lines.  Leo thought it was interesting to see the lead actors act as themselves backstage but snap into character as soon as the lights hit the stage.  The play has begun and Leo knows that this would be the place for him to shine!
